BetterPoints BCMS (Behaviour Change Management System) is a localised behaviour change system that uses incentivisation, recognition and social interaction – all driven by an innovative technology.
We are currently seeking a full-time, mid to senior level programme implementation/ account manager, candidate must be technically capable as well as being adept at dealing with clients at a senior level.
Successful candidate will be a self-starter, but also a team player. We are looking for someone who will divide their time between client liaison/ support, technical programme set up, monitoring and reporting and end user engagement. Project management experience and able to manage multiple programme deadlines a must. Applicants must be based in Manchester, Liverpool or Leeds areas. Must be able to travel to client locations in the North of England and to attend team meetings in London and Birmingham. May be asked to work occasional evenings and weekends for community events or conferences.

Salary is £30-32K commensurate on experience with paid travel. This is home based job.
