Homeworks is the new in-house repair and maintenance team at Gateway. It was created in response to resident feedback about improvements you would like to see to property repairs. Our new fleet of logo branded vans have been customised to accommodate all the materials needed to complete a job at the first visit. They are becoming a familiar sight in the local area. Homeworks aims to provide a “Gold Standard first-fix service”. We have invested in the latest technology to ensure that our operatives receive accurate job details on their iPads.
Launched on 3 August 2015, Homeworks has already completed over 3,650 repairs!
